Apply for Work Crew!
Summer 2025 Work Crew:
High school students who are ready for an experience of hard work, community, and youth ministry training at camp are encouraged to apply for one of our summer work crews. Grounds and kitchen positions are available and fill quickly. Preference is given to applicants 16 years of age or older. Only 13 applicants are accepted per session.
Session 1: Sunday, June 15 – Friday, July 11 (4 weeks)
Session 2: Saturday, July 12 – Friday, Aug 8 (4 weeks)
Work Crew Job Descriptions:
2025 Work Crew Compensation:
- Work Crew (Grounds and Kitchen) is a volunteer position.
- Each crew member is given a $20/week cash stipend so the crew members each have money to spend in the canteen or on a weekend trip to town during their time off.
- + $20/week for each year of experience on Work Crew at Covenant Point

- Work Crew 2025 Application (Opens Oct 15!) – Please apply using your own account with an email address you check regularly. If you’ve applied in the past, you should already have an account. If this is your first time, you’ll need to create an account linked to an email that you check regularly. Decisions regarding hiring will be communicated to the email address that you use.
